At Klyveronuxa S.A.S. (“Klyveronuxa”, “we”) we take care of the data of those who visit klyveronuxa.com and those who participate in our real estate crowdlending projects. This policy explains in concrete terms what data we collect, what we use it for, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise. It is drafted in accordance with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Klyveronuxa S.A.S., CUIT 30-71862534-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1847, Floor 9 “C”, CABA, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. You can contact us at hola@klyveronuxa.com for any question regarding your information.
2. Data we process
We collect: (a) data you give us through forms (name, email, message); (b) technical data generated by your browser (device type, system, pages visited); (c) cookie consent data stored locally on your device. We do not request sensitive data through the site.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer queries, send you information about projects you showed interest in, improve the site’s performance, comply with legal obligations and, when you authorize it, to show relevant advertising content on other platforms through Google Ads and analytics tools.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form or accept cookies), pre-contractual measures requested by you, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and functional.
5. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to answer your query and, if you become an investor, for the duration of the relationship plus the additional years required by Argentine regulations (generally 10 years for accounting and tax records).
6. Recipients
We may share data with: (i) technology providers that deliver hosting, analytics or marketing services under confidentiality agreements; (ii) public authorities when legally required; (iii) legal or accounting professionals related to regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some providers may operate outside Argentina (for example, servers in countries with adequate levels of protection). In those cases we require contractual clauses ensuring a standard equivalent to that provided by Law 25,326.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw consents granted, by writing to hola@klyveronuxa.com. The AAIP (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the supervisory authority in Argentina, and you may refer to it if you consider your rights have not been addressed.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, role-based access control, activity logging and periodic reviews of our critical providers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or process changes. When changes are significant we will announce them on the site. The date shown at the beginning reflects the latest version in force.
